The Medical/Surgical Unit is a twenty-four (24) private bed unit with focus on patients with medical or surgical disease during the acute phase of care.

The unit is equipped with an intercom system for communications, family waiting area, lounge, physician dictation booths, and isolation room. Oxygen therapy equipment, medical surgical supply cart, traction cart, and emergency intervention carts for pediatric and adult patients are available.

The unit is located on the north side of the 3rd floor of the hospital.
