The Physical Therapy Department provides physical therapy treatment to the following patient care areas:

· Acute Care Inpatients
· Skilled Nursing Patients
· Outpatients
· Home Health Patients
· WorkSTEPS Evaluations

Acute care, and Skilled Nursing patients are treated on their respective hospital floors and hospital rooms. Outpatients are treated in the outpatient facility located in the lower level of the Hospital.

WorkSTEPS:

WorkSTEPS evaluations are performed for area employers to evaluate employees prior to hiring to determine the employee’s safety in performing their proposed job. WorkSTEPS evaluation utilizes outpatient equipment and individualized equipment given by the employer which is part of the employee’s job description.
