Welcome to Woodward Regional Hospital's On-line Pre-Registration
Pre-Registration Program
The Pre-Registration Program allows the hospital to obtain all necessary registration and insurance information prior to your arrival at the hospital, thus reducing the time spent in registration at the time of admission.
The Pre-Registration Program also allows sufficient time to verify insurance benefits and, if necessary, obtain pre-certification approval from insurance carriers.
To take advantage of the Pre-Registration Program, please ask your doctor to provide an admission or outpatient order a minimum of one day prior to your anticipated arrival. Earlier notification is encouraged. Upon receipt, a hospital registrar will contact you by telephone.
Woodward Regional Hospital has provided a more convenient way for our patients to register. We now have available an on-line pre-registration form. This is to help in reducing time spent in registration also.
